LeadSnap
An AI-powered lead capture app built to solve a problem we faced at HeadBox.
Trade show lead scanners are expensive, often tied to exhibitor packages, and aren't always available when attending events without a booth. LeadSnap uses AI to extract attendee details from badge photos, allowing reps to capture, qualify and sync leads directly into HubSpot from their phone.
Built as a rapid prototype in a single day, tinkered with over a few weeks and multiple trade shows, and now with over 200 leads captured. The project demonstrates how AI and automation can remove operational friction and speed up sales follow-up.
