A vibe-coded lead magnet that became a workflow
Venue Reply Pro started as a growth experiment and accidentally turned into a product. I built it as a vibe-coded web app using Base44, trained on 500 real venue responses from the HeadBox platform that had actually won event briefs.
The tool breaks down what good looks like when replying to an event brief, giving venues practical tips and patterns they can use straight away. It also includes an AI reply writer – users drop in their venue info, the event brief, pick a tone of voice, and generate a tailored response that doesn’t sound like ChatGPT wrote it.
Originally launched as a lead magnet, Venue Reply Pro quickly proved its value and was adopted by the Customer Success team as part of their daily workflow. The app stores venue data, learns over time, and helps venues reply faster, better, and more consistently, turning growth content into something genuinely useful.
